I tend to be responsive to emails, but answering so many of them takes time away from working on new updates. If you email on the weekend I will probably not get back to you until Monday. I ask that before emailing you please do the following:
- If you have a question regarding how certain features work, please look for the topic in the tutorials pages.
- If you have found a bug, check the Known Issues page. It may be listed there already, and there may be a known workaround.
- Crashing Issues To send a crash report, copy the text from: Settings App > General > About > Diagnostics & Usage > Diagnostics & Usage Data > [crash report labeled with the app name] and paste into an email to the address below.
