To Pro Or Not To Pro?
At the moment, FSPro has many advantages over the regular version. Batch processing and tagging, superior RAW support, larger export sizes, a nicer interface, and more. The long term picture may be less clear. Filterstorm 3 will be based off of Filterstorm Pro, incorporating many of the new features. However, Filterstorm 3 will lack the built-in library and will only be able to alter a single image at once. Otherwise, the two versions will remain nearly identical.
Most people should get Filterstorm. Photojournalists, bloggers on the road, anyone who may want to base more of their photography from their iPad than their home computer, these people should get FSPro.
Filterstorm 3 will be a free update from the current version, 2.6.1.
