I tend to be very responsive to emails, but answering so many of them takes time away from working on new updates. Because of this, I ask that before emailing you please do the following:

• If you have found a bug, check the Known Issues page. It may be listed there already, and there may be a known workaround.
• If you have a question regarding how certain features work, please look for the topic in the tutorials pages.
